Called for AC check up and was told that the AC tune up was free. Imagine my surprise. Who does anything for free? I was a little skeptical because I thought for sure there was a catch. William who did the AC tune up was very professional and thorough. There was no catch, it was FREE (much to my astonishment since he was very thorough and took his time) There are truly honest people in this world, and Paul Thomas AC folks are some of them!

Professional, Honest, Quick and Courteous We recently purchased a home in the Rockport area. Not knowing anyone we hired what we thought to be a reputable A/C company to install a unit in our home. After months of dealing with the company we decided to take a new route so we contacted Paul Thomas Air Conditioning on a Friday evening after 8 p.m. He agreed to meet with us Saturday morning first thing. Paul Thomas has a computer program that can diagram your home and it will compile all the information on your home and design the duct work, the size of the unit needed and the size and location of where the vents should be placed in your home, business, etc. Paul Thomas entered all of our information visited with us for a few minutes (very polite and professional). Paul Thomas excused himself and said he would be back with us with a bid in a couple of hours. In exactly two hours Paul Thomas contacted us with his proposal and it was extremely reasonable. We accepted the bid expecting he would get to it sometime in the near future. Well to our surprise he started that day and also finished that day by the way. Paul got off the phone with us and in less than 6 hours he and his crew finished the installation of several new air duct and air vent placements. His crew also includes a gentleman that sheetrocked, taped, floated and textured where they had to remove all the under sized vents and where the vents had been placed too close to each other (the other contractor had installed air vents that were too small and right on top of each other and the other contractor had actually put 7 pound of freon too much in the system). We could not believe our luck to find Paul Thomas and his crew they left our house around 11 p.m. with the job finished the place clean as a whistle and really cold air. It was the first time in months we could actually sleep comfortably in the house. Thank you Paul Thomas and your crew

I have had a unit that needed to be installed for over a year. After calling all the other guys, and the guys in the ad sacks, a friend refered me to Paul Thomas AC. After coming out and inspecting the unit, they were able to get the unit installed on the roof to replace the broken unit, connect it, fix the ducts, and have cold air blowing in the house in less than 5 hours. And they are more affordable than the "big guys". Now that is service. Thanks guys!!

My A/C went out on my rental property. I called a different A/C company but they only wanted to sell me a new unit. Paul came highly recommended and we found him to be a man of integrity, honesty and trustworthy. We have had him do work for us and he has never had to come back to "fix it" again.  If something is not needed, he will tell you, if it's not worth fixing, he will tell you that also. Will not try to sell you something you don't need so he can make money off of you. I recommend him to everyone I know, he is the only AC person we will ever use.
